Step One
Prep & Power Wash
Every restoration starts with a full surface preparation and deep chemical clean. We remove dirt, algae, weathered wood fibers, and failing stain using professional wood cleaners before carefully pressure washing the surface. The deck is then brightened and neutralized to restore the wood's natural color and prepare it for proper stain absorption.
Step Two
Deep Sand
Once fully dry, the deck is professionally sanded to remove raised grain, splinters, and remaining surface damage. This creates a smooth, even finish while opening the wood properly for deep stain penetration and long-term durability.
Step Three
Staining & Protection
We apply premium penetrating stain systems designed to protect against moisture, UV exposure, and harsh cottage conditions. Every board is coated carefully by hand to ensure even absorption, rich natural color, and a long-lasting finish without peeling or buildup.
