These terms apply to your use of the Chandos Deck Surgeons website and to quote requests made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. Work we perform for you is governed by the estimate and any written agreement we provide before the job begins.

Quotes requested through this website are free and carry no obligation. Any figure we share before visiting your property is a preliminary estimate only. A final quote is confirmed after an on-site evaluation, since the condition of the wood, the size of the structure, and site access all affect the scope of work.

We aim to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours, but response and scheduling times are not guaranteed and may vary with season and weather.

Deck restoration is weather-dependent. Washing, sanding, and staining each require suitable conditions, so scheduled dates may shift due to rain, humidity, or temperature. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work, after we walk the finished deck with you.

We stand behind our preparation and application work. Wood is a natural material, however, and how a finish weathers depends on sun exposure, moisture, wear, and the age and condition of the wood itself — results and finish longevity will vary from deck to deck and are not guaranteed beyond anything we agree to in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandos Deck Surgeons is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in Ontario.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
